B. J. Boll Bakery

Our mother Marcella (Marci) moved 1952 and settled in Palo Alto, California. She opened her Palo Alto bakery & restaurant in 1972.
The bakery was named after England's John Bull, England's version of Uncle Sam. Marci and her son Paul continued to improve their recipes and have many different types of pasties and fruit pies. In 2006 Marci retired and Paul moved the bakery to Elko Nevada. He recognized a need for portable food in the Elko Area. Miners and truckers needed wholesome easy to reheat meals. Paul encourages customers to buy pasties in bulk quantities by having significant discounts.
